2.1 Age Requirement

3.1 Service Description

Renzo Academy provides financial analysis tools, market data, educational resources, and investment insights focused on the Colombo Stock Exchange. Our services include:

• Real-time and historical market data
• Financial charts and analytics
• Educational courses and workshops
• Portfolio analysis tools
• Investment strategy consultation (premium plans)

3.2 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Professional, and Enterprise) with varying features and pricing. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

3.3 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the features of your selected plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

3.4 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.

4.1 Billing

By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any additional charges. Billing occurs at the beginning of each subscription period.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through trusted third-party payment processors including PayHere, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

4.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Your access to premium features may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

4.4 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your subscription.

5.1 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date market data and analysis, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information. Market data is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

5.2 No Investment Advice

IMPORTANT: The information, analysis, and tools provided on Renzo Academy are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial, investment, or legal advice.

5.3 Investment Risks

6.1 Ownership

All content, materials, features, and functionality on our platform, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Software, code, and algorithms
• Chart templates and analytical tools
• Educational content and course materials
• Trademarks and branding

are the exclusive property of Renzo Academy or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without authorization
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use our content for commercial purposes without a commercial license
• Frame or mirror any part of our platform

7.1 Your Content

You may have the ability to create, upload, or share content such as watchlists, notes, or comments. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and process it as necessary to provide our services.

7.2 Content Standards

You agree that any content you share will not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain harmful, offensive, or defamatory material
• Include spam, malware, or malicious code

10.1 Your Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Compromise platform security or integrity

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease immediately. You will retain access to any downloaded materials permitted under your subscription, but may not access the platform or use our services.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
